Initial website launch project, extended to 1-year contract
Full responsibility of the brand website launch, from website concepts to launching a multi-market ecommerce website and consequently building an ecommerce department. I worked with a Shopify developer to launch x2 websites, in both Spanish and English with fulfilment centres in UK and Madrid. The sites were launched on-time and exceeded their targets within the first 6-months.
Once launched, I implemented various digital agencies to support the department and trained ecommerce team members in Spain as well as planning the 6-month launch roadmap and implementing all on-site promotional marketing activity, including CRM.

Initial CRM audit and peak strategy project, extended to 13-month contract
I was enlisted to provide a CRM audit and peak strategy for the brand and was consequently asked to continue providing more hands-on support long-term. Working with the CMO to provide a quarterly CRM & ecommerce strategy. Designed, built, deployed all BAU emails (x3 per week) segmented accordingly, and optimised all automations within Klaviyo. Monthly reporting for the full ecommerce function. Digital agency management (SEO/PPC/Meta). Website updates/promos. YOY 3-figure % growth.

I was brought into advise the brand prior to launch, working with the Shopify developer to ensure that best-practice ecommerce was facilitated including assessing customer journey, messaging, branding, page structure and Klaviyo setup.

3-months project and ad-hoc
Working with Rob Calcraft post-launch to streamline and optimise the website. I implemented new page structures to support a better user-journey plus updated copy, branding and website design, working with the developer. I also setup Klaviyo and added x5 automations (design, build, launch). I was asked to do ad-hoc marketing, site improvements and product launches after the initial period.

Initial peak planning project work, extended to 8-month contract
nitially brought on board to help launch Black Friday campaigns on site and manage the peak trading period. I then managed the launch of the new website working alongside a developer. I was asked to stay for 1-day a week supporting the Head of Marketing with Klaviyo optimisations, on-site marketing campaigns (referral scheme, cart initiatives) and integrating GA4.

SBTRCT solid, sustainable skincare

2-month project basis website/CRM audit & implementation
Working with founder Ben Grace, I audited the SBTRCT website and CRM programme making suggestions on short term gaps and long-term wins. I made suggestions on SEO, customer journey, CRO, marketing and messaging plus best-practice considerations. I was then asked to implement all my suggestions on the Shopify site and within the Klaviyo CRM platform.
